This policy explains what personal information אילא הביבי (“we”) collects through the website ilahabibi.com and the gifts we create, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It is written in accordance with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it.

You are not legally required to give us any information. Without it, though, we can't prepare and deliver your gift.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your gift:

• Order details: your name, phone number and/or email, the couple's names, who the gift is for and any notes you write.
• Gift content: the photos, videos, messages and captions you send us, or that you and your partner add inside the game.
• Technical information: your device's IP address is used briefly to protect the site from abuse (for example, too many orders in a short time). We don't keep it in any customer file.
• Your browser remembers the language you chose and any changes you make in the free demo. This stays on your device; we don't receive it.

2. Cookies and outside services

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use analytics or ad networks. The only cookie we set is for our own team to sign in to the management area.

The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers when you open a page. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that conversation.

3. How we use your information

• to prepare your personalized gift and deliver its private link;
• to contact you about your order, payment, delivery and support;
• to keep the service secure and prevent abuse;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We never sell your information, never use your photos for advertising and never use them for anything other than your gift.

4. Who can see your gift

Every gift is completely separate from all others and opens only from its own private link. Anyone who has the link can open the gift, so share it only with the people you want to see it. If a link has leaked, contact us and we'll replace it with a new one straight away.

Our team accesses gift content only to prepare the gift, to give support or to keep the service secure.

5. Who we share information with

We don't share your information with anyone, except:

• our hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on its servers (these may be located outside Israel, in accordance with the regulations on transferring data abroad);
• the messaging services we use to contact you (such as WhatsApp or email), only for the conversation itself;
• the authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep your information

• A gift (its link, photos, videos, messages and the couple's details) is active for 30 days from the day its link is sent to you. After that it is deleted automatically and permanently, together with the order details, unless you ask us to extend it before then.
• Order requests that don't become a gift are deleted within 30 days.
• Security backups are kept for up to 30 days and then deleted, so deleted information disappears from them too.
• Payment records and invoices are kept outside the website, for as long as tax law requires.

7. Security

We protect your information with reasonable measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), private links that can't be guessed, access limited to our team and regular backups. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information, and we will act as the law requires if a serious security incident occurs.

8. Photos of other people

If the photos or videos you send show other people, you confirm that you have their permission to use them in the gift.

9. Your rights

Under the Privacy Protection Law, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it sooner (for example, to delete your gift before its 30 days end). Contact us using the details on this page, and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you believe your privacy has been harmed, you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Ministry of Justice.

10. Age

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest version appears at the top of this page.
