These terms apply to using the website ilahabibi.com and to buying gifts from אילא הביבי (“we”). Please read them before you order: by sending an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

We create personalized digital gifts: interactive games that run in the web browser and contain your names, photos, videos and messages. Each gift is delivered as a private link.

The free demo lets you try each game with sample content before buying. Personalization is available only in the full version.

2. Who can order

You must be 18 or older to order. Gifts are for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Ordering and payment

• The price of each game appears on its page. Sending the order form doesn't charge you anything.
• After you order, we contact you to confirm the details and arrange payment. The order is binding once we have confirmed it and received your payment.
• We may refuse an order, for example if the content sent isn't allowed under these terms. In that case, any payment is returned in full.

4. Preparing and delivering the gift

After payment, you send us the photos, videos and texts, and we prepare the gift and send you its private link within the time we agree with you.

Before the link is sent, you can ask us for reasonable corrections to the names and texts.

5. How long the gift stays available

• The private link works for 30 days from the day it is sent to you. During that time, you and your partner can open it as often as you like and make changes inside the game.
• When this period ends, the gift is deleted automatically and permanently: the link stops working, and all its photos, videos, messages and details are deleted. A deleted gift can't be restored.
• If you'd like to keep the gift longer, ask us to extend it before the period ends. An extension may involve an additional fee, which we'll tell you about in advance.
• The gift is not a storage service, so keep your own copies of any photos and videos you want to keep.

6. No cancellation or refund

Each gift is a digital product made especially for you, with your own names, photos and content, and it is delivered as information in digital form. For this reason, in accordance with section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the regulations under it, the right to cancel a distance transaction doesn't apply to it: once payment has been made, the order can't be cancelled and the payment won't be refunded.

This doesn't affect your rights if we don't deliver the gift, or if it doesn't work as described and we can't fix it within a reasonable time. In those cases, we refund the full amount you paid.

7. Your content

The photos, videos and texts you send remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to create, store and display your gift, and only for as long as it exists.

You confirm that you have the right to use the content you send, and that the people who appear in it agree to it. You may not send content that:

• is illegal, violent, hateful or offensive;
• contains nudity or sexual content involving minors, or involving anyone without their consent;
• infringes the copyright, privacy or other rights of others.

We may refuse or remove such content, and report it to the authorities when the law requires it.

8. The private link

Keep the link private: anyone who has it can open the gift. We aren't responsible for the gift being seen by someone the link was shared with. If the link has leaked, contact us and we'll replace it.

9. Our intellectual property

The games, their design, characters and code, and the website belong to אילא הביבי and are protected by law. You may enjoy your gift for personal use, but you may not copy, sell or reuse the games or any part of them.

10. Availability

The gifts work in modern browsers on phones, tablets and computers. We work to keep the service available, but there may be occasional interruptions, for example for maintenance. If an interruption prevents you from using your gift for a significant time, we'll extend its period accordingly.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with a gift is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect damage.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

13. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning them.
